Mustafa Balbay, a journalist and elected in Izmir region from CHP (The Republican Peoples Party) which is the largest opposition party in Turkey, kept in detention in prison for over 1000 days.
Mustafa Balbay critisized the government in his coulmn of Cumhuriyet newspaper, He is nationalist and fallower of Atatürks principles. But he founded himself in prison like many other opponents of Government , other accused of such actions. He still doesnt know what is his crime and the reason of detention. Inspite of being elected as parliamentarian by puplic support he isnt allowed to go to Parliament.

Mustafa Balbay isnt alone. Engin Alan, another represantative from Natioanlist Act Party (MHP), the other opposition party, is still in detention too. He is elected at 2011 election and still kept in prison.
